the time of engagement and on applicable laws, regulations,
and professional standards then in effect.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services effectively,

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation

  • Promptly notify us of any changes to information previously provided
  • Cooperate with reasonable requests for information required to complete the engagement

  • Review and verify documents, reports, or submissions prepared on their behalf where applicable

We are not responsible for any delay, error, omission, or inaccuracy arising from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or late information provided by the client.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be set out in the applicable service agreement, engagement letter, quotation, or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices shall be payable
within the payment period stated therein.

We reserve the right to suspend, delay, or withhold services in the event of overdue payment, subject to reasonable prior notice.

Intellectual Property
