Account – Associate
- Daily data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
- Prepare basic financial reports for internal review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or 0-1 year experience welcome.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software(SQL, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Location:Greater Johor Bahru.
Account – Executive
- Manage full or partial sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR).
- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and budget analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Assist in financial forecasting and cost-control initiatives.
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA partial).
- Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Location:Greater Johor Bahru, KL, Penang.
Manager / Senior Manager
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-6 accounting executives and associates.
- Oversee monthly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Strategic planning: Budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Primary contact for key clients, auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
- Proactively solve systemic financial issues and drive cross-department solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 5-8 years experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proven experience in team management, client handling, and budget ownership.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
